Notice to Patients
Dear Patients,
At present, the East End Family Health Team will remain open but patients are advised to call the Clinic 705-235-6900 before coming for an appointment or to book an appointment. All patients will be screened and appropriate precautions will be taken.
The Clinic will tirage patients by telephone to determine if they should be coming to the clinic for their appointment. Laboratory services (blood work ) and other programs such as the walking program have been cancelled until further notice
All Non-essential services will be postponed until further notice. Non-essential services include Routine and non-urgent assessments, annual screening, routine follow up, Driver’s Medicals and other medical forms, etc.
We are doing our best to do our part in social distancing while still providing Primary Health care access to the people in need.
