The East End Family Health Team Clinic is currently experiencing intermittent telephone outages; yesterday and today Wednesday August 9, 2023.
If you cannot get through to us on the phone, you can come to the clinic to talk to a receptionist in person, we are available 830am-430pm and CLOSED 12pm-1pm
We hope this issue is temporary and our phone system will be working soon.
If you require urgent care, please go to your nearest Emergency Care facility.
