Are we a Walk-in Clinic? 

Unfortunately, we are not a walk-in clinic. To be seen by one of our Health Care Providers, you must become a registered patient.

How do I become a patient?
To make your search for a family physician a little bit easier the Government of Ontario has created Health Care Connect. If you are currently without a family doctor you can register by calling the toll free number 1-800-445-1822. You can also visit Health Care Connect

From time to time there may be openings for new patients at the East End Family Health Team; however, there is no waiting list for new patients. The best way to discover if you are able to become an East End patient is to contact our receptionists and inquire about our current patient enrollment.

How do I renew my prescription(s)?
Contact our Prescription Renewal Line at 705-235-6906 to inquire about your medication(s) and request a prescription renewal. Remember, the Pharmacist needs at least a 3-week notice prior to the end of your current prescription, so do not leave this request until the last minute! Where are you located?
Our address is 4715 Highway 101 East, South Porcupine Ontario, P0N 1H0. We are located at the Northern College, Timmins Campus. See our Google Map for directions.

NOTE: The entrance for the East End Family Health Team is located at the west end of Northern College and not through the main entrance for the college. The East End Family Health Team Clinic has a separate entrance than the college.
